In addition to the deed sales and assessment records we offer historic sales data back to 1990, census tract numbers, map location grids for addresses, telephone numbers, auto search (this feature will automatically find comparable sales within a specified radius), street maps (Nassau, Suffolk & 5 Boros) and tax maps (5 Boros).
